DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WFLA)— The Volusia Sheriff’s Workplace launched Bodycam footage that confirmed the second they arrested a person needed for homicide in New York.
Scott Mitchell was taken into custody on Wednesday in Daytona Seashore he fled from New York.
Mitchell was needed for the Murders of Marshall VanOven, 55, and Daniel McCloe, 58 in Binghampton, New York, Based on Nexstar affiliate WIVT.
Bodycam footage exhibits Mitchell sitting close to a street outdoors McDonald’s at Worldwide Speedway Boulevard and Tomoaka Farms Highway.
Based on VSO, Mitchell was taken into custody at 1:25 p.m. on Wednesday.
