    'Tragic and sickening': Florida home health care nurse accused of abusing disabled patient, hitting them with iPad

    FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida dwelling well being care nurse was arrested after deputies stated movies confirmed him bodily abusing a disabled affected person.

    The Flagler County Sheriff’s Workplace stated deputies responded to a Palm Coast dwelling following a report of a battery on Saturday, Feb. 8.     The affected person was unable to report the abuse or defend themselves as a result of their situation.

    The following day, the lady who reported the incident instructed deputies that she discovered over 25 different situations of Jenkins bodily and verbally abusing the affected person over the earlier week.     On Feb. 19, investigators obtained a warrant for Jenkins’ arrest for 4 counts of abuse of a disabled grownup. Jenkins was arrested on Feb. 21 at his Daytona Seashore dwelling. He was taken to the Volusia County Department Jail, the place he was later launched on a $40,000 bond.
