    KISSIMMEE, Fla. (WFLA) — A 44-year-old man from Dover was carrying a shirt that mentioned “I NEVER ARGUE” when he was arrested Sunday and charged with battery.

    A buddy touring with the person, recognized as Daniel Murillo, referred to as the police to report that he had punched her within the face and smashed the home windows of a automobile along with her nonetheless inside.

    The pair had been driving from Tampa when their automobile broke down and needed to be towed to an Econo Lodge, the place they stayed for a number of days.

    After operating out of funds, they started staying within the automobile whereas making an attempt to rearrange one other tow. Frustrations with AAA sparked an argument between them, in line with the police report.

    The sufferer reported that Murillo slapped her throughout the face, to which she responded by hanging him within the eye.

    In keeping with the report, Murillo started punching the sufferer within the face and head with a closed fist, leaving her with a number of bumps and lacerations. Medical help was later supplied by Osceola Hearth and Rescue.

    An Osceola County officer arrested Murillo and transported him to the county jail with out additional incident.
