    MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Miami Gardens police arrested a 40-year-old man on an tried homicide cost Friday after they stated he delivered a extreme beating with a baseball bat outdoors of a Pizza Hut.

    Police stated the assault occurred at round 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday outdoors the chain’s location at 19960 NW Second Ave., inside a buying plaza.

    An arrest report states that Dinishers Hannah III, who’s homeless and recognized to the sufferer as “Draco,” approached one other man carrying a baseball bat and requested him, “What’s so humorous?”
