FORT MYERS, Fla. (WFLA) — A juvenile who threw two kittens onto the roof of a clubhouse was arrested on an animal cruelty cost, in response to the Fort Myers Police Division.
Round 8 p.m. on Sunday, officers obtained an nameless tip a couple of juvenile who was seen throwing kittens onto the roof of the Royal Palm Gardens clubhouse.
When officers and the Fort Myers Fireplace Division arrived, they discovered one kitten lifeless.
On Monday, an officer was proven video proof of the juvenile getting an orange cat and a black cat. Police mentioned moments later, the suspect threw the black kitten onto the roof.
