CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – One other teen was arrested in connection to a taking pictures close to a soccer area in Oakleaf Plantation that left a juvenile sufferer injured.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Workplace introduced Friday that the arrest of Elliot Grijota, of Jacksonville, made the second and final excellent arrest within the taking pictures incident that befell on Feb. 21.
Grijota faces three counts of tried homicide.
Behrend Ludwig, 18, was arrested and charged with three counts of tried homicide in the future after the taking pictures.
The sheriff’s workplace accused Ludwig of taking pictures the sufferer close to Silver Bluff Boulevard and Plantation Oaks Boulevard following an “altercation.”
CCSO added that Ludwig and the sufferer knew one another.
The juvenile was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening accidents. Nobody else was injured.
The investigation is now closed and will probably be handed to the State Legal professional’s Workplace.
“Crime of any type won’t ever be welcomed and by no means be tolerated in Clay County. The 2 suspects on this case had completely no regard for human life and their heinous, violent actions put harmless households and kids in hurt’s method,” Sheriff Michelle Cook dinner stated.
