    TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WFLA) — The American Civil Liberties Union is suing Gov. Ron DeSantis for not calling particular elections for state Home and Senate seats. These seats had been vacated by state Home Rep. Joel Rudman and state Sen. Randy Effective, who’re vying for congressional seats.
