OCALA, Fla. (WFLA) — A 15-year-old lady is dealing with a cost of aggravated manslaughter of a kid after taking pictures and killing one other teen at a Florida house, officers stated.
On the night of Oct. 23, Marion County deputies responded to stories of a taking pictures at an Ocala house within the Marion Oaks subdivision.
Investigators found that the teenager shot the 14-year-old, who was on the house together with 4 different juveniles, to smoke marijuana.
Based on deputies, the lady initially denied firing the weapon, saying it went off unintentionally after somebody dropped it, claiming she “did not understand it was loaded.”
Nonetheless, she later instructed authorities she heard the sufferer pull the set off, main her to imagine the firearm was unloaded. That is when she grabbed the gun and pulled the set off, pointing it to the sufferer’s face.
The 15-year-old was arrested on Thursday on the aggravated manslaughter of a kid cost.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Workplace continues to be investigating the place and the way they received ahold of the firearm.
