    MIAMI – A girl was injured Saturday morning when the Brickell Avenue Bridge started to rise whereas she was nonetheless crossing it, inflicting her to fall in a terrifying second caught on digicam.

    Conor Walsh, a witness, described what occurred because the bridge started to raise.
