    DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) — A girl was extradited to Florida on Monday after she was accused of swindling a resident out of $52,000 in a Fb Market scheme.

    The Volusia County Sheriff’s Workplace posted a video of Sheriff Mike Chitwood confronting Demetria Latimer, a Michigan resident, on the airport.

    “We do not wish to have our residents turn into victims of fraud,” Chitwood stated.

    “Effectively, I am a sufferer myself,” Latimer replied.

    Latimer was accused of stealing $52,000 from an Orange Metropolis resident in a pretend sale of an excavator on Fb Market. VCSO used financial institution information to trace the exercise to Latimer, who resides outdoors Detroit.
