ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)— The Coast Guard rescued three boaters off Captiva Island early Sunday morning after household misplaced contact with them.
A member of the family contacted Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg watchstanders round 1 a.m. on Sunday after they final heard from the three boaters round 8 p.m. who had been on a 20-foot heart console.
