POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (AP) — An 80-year-old man shot and killed his spouse and son earlier than fatally taking pictures himself of their South Florida house, sheriff’s officers mentioned Thursday.
Broward County sheriff’s deputies went to the Pompano Seashore house on Wednesday night to conduct a welfare verify. They tried a number of instances to make contact with residents of the house, which is about 8.4 miles (13.5 kilometers) north of Fort Lauderdale.
After receiving no response, the deputies requested a Pompano Seashore Fireplace Rescue crew to power their manner inside the house, in accordance with Broward Sheriff’s public data specialist Gerdy St. Louis.
The three victims had been pronounced lifeless on the scene, and the sheriff’s company’s murder and crime scene models started an investigation.
Officers didn’t launch the ages of the spouse and son.
