KEY WEST, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis introduced the opening of a brand new saltwater desalination facility in Key West on Monday.
The Kermit H. Lewin Inventory Island Reverse Osmosis Facility was described as “a state-of-the-art seawater desalination water therapy plant designed to supply clear, dependable consuming water for the residents of Key West and the Decrease Florida Keys throughout emergencies.”
