    Recently hired Florida man fatally shoots coworker in head: affidavit

    WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) — A not too long ago employed Florida man shot two of his coworkers, killing one, final week, based on an affidavit.

    On Jan. 17, the Palm Seaside County Sheriff’s Workplace responded to Coastal Metallic, situated at 9040 Belvedere Street, after a 911 caller mentioned the shooter was a more recent worker who shot their coworkers.

    Kolby Daniel Edwards, 21, of West Palm Seaside was discovered pinned down by different staff inside a welding station within the warehouse.

    The supervisor of the warehouse instructed detectives that Edwards was employed on Dec. 16 as an assistant to the sufferer he shot within the head.

    The morning of the incident, the supervisor mentioned he heard gunshots and noticed Edwards standing over the sufferer with a firearm, making an attempt to reload the gun. One other witness mentioned they heard 4 loud bangs and noticed Edwards firing the gun a number of occasions because the vicitm was mendacity on the bottom.

    Edwards was arrested on fees of first-degree homicide with a firearm and aggravated battery with a firearm.
