    PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (WFLA) — The proprietor of a number of malnourished animals who would caress her sick horses and lick away mucus of their eyes was arrested for felony animal cruelty, an arrest affidavit stated.

    On March 1, the Palm Seashore County Sheriff’s Workplace acquired a criticism from Palm Seashore County Animal Care and Management involving sick and “emaciated” horses at a house. A veterinarian had visited the house on Feb. 23 for a sick horse who was mendacity in its stall and could not stand up.
