    Orange County man accused of raping, luring schoolbound 13-year-old

    ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) — A person was arrested on Friday for allegedly raping a 13-year-old lady after stopping her on the best way to highschool and luring her into his automobile.

    Based on WESH, 41-year-old Luis Manuel Frias Jr. approached the lady whereas she was strolling close to Brookegreen Avenue and W. Oak Ridge Highway.

    Police informed reporters that Frias supplied her a trip to highschool however, when she hopped in, took her to a Tangelo Park neighborhood as a substitute.

    The person then took the lady’s telephone earlier than sexually battering her, in response to WESH.

    The sufferer reported the incident to deputies who mentioned it was “due to her bravery” that they may make the arrest.

    The Orange County Sheriff’s Workplace has charged him with sexual battery and kidnapping.

    They’ve voiced their considerations that extra incidents of tried luring might have taken place.
