PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WFLA) — Gov. Ron DeSantis held a press convention on Tuesday to discuss the success of Florida’s Purple Star Faculties of Distinction program.
He was joined by Florida Dept. of Veterans Affairs Director, James ‘Hammer’ Hartsell, at Callaway Elementary Faculty to commend this system, which is awarded to colleges that provide in depth assist for army households.
