    MELBOURNE, Fla. (WFLA) — A central Florida college trainer will not be returning to the classroom subsequent 12 months after she was accused of utilizing a scholar’s most well-liked identify as an alternative of their authorized identify.

    In an announcement obtained by NBC affiliate WESH, Brevard Public Faculties (BPS) mentioned the coed’s father or mother reached out to them concerning the state of affairs.

And we are not looking for lawbreakers instructing our youngsters.”

    WESH reached out to the lecturers’ union, which declined to remark, and the accused educator, who didn’t reply to their inquiries.
