    TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis ‘ administration is outwardly getting ready to construct a second immigration detention middle, awarding a minimum of one contract for what’s labeled in state information because the “North Detention Facility.”
