    DELTONA, Fla. (WFLA) — A 17-year-old boy was arrested on a number of felony costs after deputies mentioned he tried to poison his adoptive mom with bleach.

    It was the morning of April 19 when the boy’s 77-year-old mom went to the kitchen of their Volusia County dwelling to seize a glass of milk. Nevertheless, after pouring the milk right into a glass and taking a sip, she was instantly struck by an “intense chemical style,” deputies instructed NBC affiliate WESH.

    The teenager’s mom didn’t report any rapid signs however requested a medical analysis.

    Authorities discovered the 17-year-old hiding in a room in the home.

    Investigators mentioned the teenager instructed them he was conscious of the hazard and had supposed for his mom to get sick. He added that he was upset together with his mom and did not need to reside together with her.

    The teenager was arrested on felony costs of poisoning meals or water, tried felony homicide, and aggravated abuse of an aged individual, in accordance with WESH.
