OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Shalimar man has been charged with youngster neglect after authorities situated a toddler on Saturday, who stated he was not being fed or cared for.
In accordance with an Oskaloosa County Sheriff’s Workplace press launch, the kid contacted his mom after 64-year-old Valerio De Guevara left the kid alone and informed him, “he didn’t should eat.”
The deputies arrived on the scene after the kid’s mom known as the OSCO. Authorities stated that the house was in disarray, with animal urine and feces on the ground, and no edible meals.
