    Florida legislators won't have special session for condo concerns

    TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida apartment homeowners are going through a conundrum. Models on the market are sitting available on the market longer and homeowners who wish to keep are going through rising prices.

    On the state legislature’s 2024 Group Session, state leaders have been requested a few potential particular session to take care of the apartment disaster. Governor Ron DeSantis appears to help this, however legislators on the capitol say this difficulty should wait.
