PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida constitution captain on the heart of a viral video has been arrested and booked into jail on a housebreaking cost, the Punta Gorda Police Department stated Friday night time.
Police stated they interviewed a number of individuals who have been concerned or current on the time of the April 1 incident and have been capable of set up possible trigger to criminally cost 40-year-old Brock Horner.
Within the video, which has been broadly shared throughout the web, Horner could be seen yelling and cursing at fisherman Gage Towles earlier than climbing onto his boat.
Investigators stated Horner escalated the scenario right into a felony offense when he threatened Towles and “unlawfully boarded” his boat.
