    Florida AG asks Supreme Court to pave way for new immigration law

    (The Hill) – Florida Lawyer Common James Uthmeier (R) asked the Supreme Court on Monday to permit the state to implement its new immigration regulation as an attraction performs out in a decrease courtroom.

    Florida’s efforts on the Supreme Courtroom come after a three-judge panel on the eleventh U.S. Circuit Courtroom of Appeals declined to raise the block because the state’s attraction strikes ahead. 

    The state argues its regulation is tailor-made to keep away from any battle with federal immigration authorities.
