PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. – Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has filed a $1 million lawsuit towards a South Florida fitness center over a vicious assault that despatched him to the hospital two years in the past, Native 10 Information discovered Friday.

The attack was captured on cellphone video back in 2023 at an LA Health in Lake Value.

Video exhibits three males coming into a sauna the place the rapper, whose actual title is Daniel Hernandez, was resting.

Extra video exhibits the boys attacking 6ix9ine.

Investigators stated the three males — Rafael Medina Jr., of Lake Value, Octavious Medina, of Boynton Seaside, and Anthony Maldonado, of Greenacres, had been a part of the Latin Kings road gang.

The three suspects had been arrested and charged with theft and battery.

The rapper, in the meantime, was taken to a hospital by ambulance after the beating and reportedly suffered gashes and swelling, together with accidents to his jaw, ribs and again.

Within the lawsuit, the rapper claimed he endured ache and struggling after the battle, together with lack of revenue from medical bills.

Whereas a motive for the assault is unclear, the rapper had been closely criticized, together with by fellow rappers, after he snitched on a number of of his fellow gang members with a purpose to be granted early launch from jail for a case out of New York.
