    3 arrested after bullet fired at homemade targets goes into Florida home: deputies

    LITTLE TORCH KEY, Fla. (WFLA) — Three individuals had been arrested Thursday after deputies mentioned a bullet fired at a makeshift goal vary went into a pair’s residence within the Florida Keys.

    The couple was reportedly within the upstairs bed room at their residence on Pirates Highway in Little Torch Key with their canine when the bullet entered the room, breaking a window and a glass door.

    Deputies with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Workplace acquired a 911 name from the couple round 4 p.m. reporting that pictures had been fired.

    Whereas at their residence, authorities mentioned they heard “a number of energetic gunshots” coming from down the road on Kings Cove Highway.

    Investigators traced the gunfire to a makeshift goal vary that had been arrange going through Pirates Highway.

    Three individuals had been on the vary: Robert Andrew Mayette, 51, Jessica Ellen Rene Hargrove, 25, and Nathan John David Constitution-Kimberly, 24.

    In response to the sheriff’s workplace, Constitution-Kimberly was holding a Smith & Wesson AR-15 rifle and a handgun.

    Deputies mentioned all three suspects admitted to taking pictures the rifle on the home made goal vary.

    Whereas no accidents had been reported, they every had been charged with illegal discharge of a firearm and culpable negligence.
