    ‘El Tiburón’ attacks man over his cooking during birthday bash at Miami-Dade park & ride, cops say

    MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A birthday celebration at a park & journey lot in southwest Miami-Dade went south after a spat with one other over how one of many members was cooking meals, resulting in a person falling sufferer to a extreme beating that landed him within the hospital, deputies stated.

    One of many suspects, a 57-year-old southwest Miami-Dade man recognized by the nickname “El Tiburón” — “shark” in Spanish — was taken into custody on Tuesday.

    In line with an arrest report from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Workplace, the celebration occurred Monday night on the Miami-Dade Transit Park & Trip lot at Southwest 127th Avenue and Kendall Drive.

    A witness stated a bunch of males have been ingesting and celebrating his birthday when “El Tiburón,” whose precise identify is Carlos Enrique Barroso Perez, grew to become upset over the way in which the sufferer was cooking meals throughout the get-together, the report states.

    The argument was initially verbal, however turned bodily, deputies stated. Barroso Perez “grew to become aggressive” and a witness stated he and one other man, 41-year-old Fernando J. Silvera, attacked the sufferer, stomping on his face, deputies stated.

    The witness broke up the combat. Deputies stated they responded simply after 9 p.m. after receiving a report of a “potential overdose and a number of other people doing medicine” and located the sufferer bloodied and badly crushed.

    The report states that the sufferer, who was taken to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, suffered “a number of facial bone fractures” and a brow laceration on account of the beating.

    Authorities stated they situated Barroso Perez on Tuesday night and he “minimized his involvement” within the beating.

    Barroso Perez, arrested on a second-degree felony cost of aggravated battery inflicting nice bodily hurt, was being held within the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Middle as of Wednesday afternoon.

    The Cuban nationwide’s bond was listed in on-line data as “to be set.”

    In the meantime, deputies stated Silvera “stays at massive.”
