CHARLOTTE HARBOR, Fla. (WFLA) — A Charlotte County deputy was fatally shot by a suspect throughout a visitors cease on Sunday.
Deputy Cpl. Elio Diaz pulled over a pickup truck at a Chevron gasoline station on Tamiami Path at round 3 p.m.
