CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida TikTok influencer was arrested final week after she was accused of stealing $500 price of things from Goal and posting the proof to social media.
Cape Coral police stated Marlena Velez, 22, filmed herself on the point of exit and selecting out objects inside the shop.
Her outfit matched safety digital camera footage of the thief and the objects proven in her movies matched these stolen from the shop, in keeping with police. An nameless caller noticed her movies and a police social media put up asking to establish the thief, and contacted Cape Coral police.
