    Mother accused of holding 14-year-old daughter's head underwater, killing her

    OSCEOLA, Fla. (WFLA) — A 14-year-old lady has died after her mom was accused of holding her head underwater within the bathtub, Osceola County Sheriff’s Workplace introduced.

    OCSO responded to a name about an armed disturbance at a house in Poinciana. When deputies arrived on the dwelling, they arrested the suspect, Kelsey Glover.

    In keeping with Sheriff Marcos Lopez, witnesses on the dwelling advised deputies that Glover’s 14-year-old daughter, Giselle Glover, was upstairs within the toilet and unresponsive.

    The witnesses advised deputies they noticed Glover holding her daughter’s head underwater within the bathtub and tried to cease her however had been unsuccessful.

    “What occurred to her is unimaginable and we’re decided to get justice for Giselle,” Sheriff Lopez mentioned.

    Glover then started attacking and chasing the witnesses round the home with a hammer which led them to name the police, Sheriff Lopez mentioned in a information convention.

    The 14-year-old was taken to the hospital the place she was pronounced deceased.

    Sheriff Lopez mentioned the sheriff’s workplace is ready on a report from the medical expert’s workplace to verify how the 14-year-old died.

    Glover has been arrested for aggravated assault with a lethal weapon and battery fees.
