    Video shows armed robbery suspect demanding money inside Family Dollar before fatal shooting

    JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Workplace launched movies that element the occasions that led to the taking pictures that left an officer injured and the robbery suspect dead.

    Officer Luis Mercado noticed Akins, jumped out of his cruiser, and ran after him.

    “Aye, [expletive] get on the bottom!” Mercado commanded. “I’ll [expletive] shoot you.”

    The video reveals Mercado lastly catching as much as Akins and taking him to the bottom. Whereas he was being detained, Akins fired two pictures, hitting Mercado as soon as within the leg.

    Mercado then returned fireplace, fatally hitting Akins.
