    FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA)– A person was arrested for DUI and possession of narcotics after deputies discovered him handed out behind his driver’s seat, in keeping with the Flagler County Sheriff’s Workplace.

    On April 18, deputies responded to a report of a person handed out behind the wheel of his automobile in a Subway car parking zone in Palm Coast. The person was recognized as 37-year-old John Perez.
