SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A bear was noticed sleeping in a tree subsequent to a Florida center faculty on Monday morning.
NBC affiliate WESH reported that the bear triggered a disturbance at Markham Woods Center College in Lake Mary. It was seen in a tree close to the college’s scholar drop off loop.
“Regulation enforcement are watching the animal for motion and speaking with Florida Fish and Wildlife, who’re on their technique to tackle this case,” Dr. Jason McDonald, the college’s principal instructed mother and father.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Fee instructed WESH that wildlife officers are monitoring the bear.
“The bear is probably going in a tree to hunt a protected spot away from folks and exercise and can possible come down by itself and transfer alongside if given house,” FWC mentioned in a press release to WESH.
