    AUSTIN, Texas – The Trump administration has moved to dismiss a Biden-era lawsuit towards Texas over a state regulation that may enable native police to arrest migrants who enter the nation illegally, days after the administration’s determination to dismiss similar lawsuits towards Iowa and Oklahoma.

    The Justice Division below the Biden administration had sued Texas over considerations that the regulation, referred to as Senate Invoice 4, was unconstitutional and sought to supersede federal authority.

    Signed by Republican Gov.
