    WATCH: Police officers chase down swan on busy Florida highway

    ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) — Cops in Florida needed to take care of an uncommon name on Friday morning.

    A number of drivers reported {that a} swan was noticed waddling alongside State Highway 408 close to Bumby Avenue in Orlando simply earlier than 8 a.m.

    Officers had been captured on visitors cameras chasing the swan down on the busy freeway. They needed to shut all of the eastbound lanes till the chook was captured, WESH reported.

    As soon as the swan was captured, Orlando police mentioned it was taken to the Lake Eola Home for additional analysis.

    “Though this swan would not seem to name Lake Eola house, we’re completely satisfied it is now out of hurt’s means,” Orlando police posted on X. “Let this function one other reminder to decelerate and keep targeted whereas driving—you by no means know what you may encounter on the street.”

    WESH reported that no accidents or crashes had been reported because of the incident.
