    SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla. (WMBB) — A Santa Rosa Seaside man has simply gained a free speech lawsuit towards Walton County.

    Marvin Peavy went viral again in 2021 after he hung two giant banners supporting Donald Trump from the balconies of his dwelling on 30A. County officers stated the banners violated property upkeep guidelines.
