COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (NEXSTAR) — A suspect in a 2023 murder in Miramar, Florida was captured on Tuesday night, Feb. 4, in Colorado Springs, based on the U.S. Marshals Service.
The U.S. Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Activity Pressure (COVOTF), together with the Fountain Police Division, El Paso County Sheriff’s Workplace, and Colorado Springs Police Division, made the arrest after 28-year-old De Sean Phang was recognized as a suspect and an arrest warrant for second diploma homicide was issued on Jan. 17.
The murder reportedly occurred in early 2023 in Miramar and left one man useless.
