MIAMI, Fla. (WFLA) — A person was arrested over the weekend for kidnapping a 6-year-old boy who was taking part in soccer in his entrance yard, Miami-Dade police stated.
Round 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, the kid and his older brother had been taking part in soccer within the entrance yard of their residence.
When the older brother went inside for a loo break, 56-year-old Jose Reynaldo Martinez Reyes approached the 6-year-old and provided to play soccer with him, in response to police.
Officers stated Martinez Reyes befriended the kid and informed him he would purchase him a toy, with the intention to lure him away from the house.
When his older brother returned and seen the kid lacking, the brother and an grownup household pal started trying to find him. Police stated the pair discovered the sufferer and Martinez Reyes greater than a mile away from the house, strolling hand-in-hand alongside a roadway.
